Trump claimed "they have abortion in the ninth month" and that Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz "says abortion in the ninth month is absolutely fine. He also says execution after birth, it's execution, no longer abortion, because the baby is born, is okay."

Third trimester abortions are incredibly rare and never elective. They are reserved only for cases of severe fetal conditions that are incompatible life and/or serious risk to the life of the mother. There is no such thing as abortion after birth.
