Details

Alex Pretti moved into the street to record ICE agents. When ICE agent direct him back, he moves.

An ICE agent pushes a woman and Pretti intervenes. The agent pepper sprays Pretti. Pretti turns away to help the woman up, but the agent continues to pepper spray Pretti and then drags Pretti away from the woman. Pretti falls.

Four ICE agents tackle Pretti. The agent with the pepper spray cannister whips Pretti with it. Another agent removes his legal firearm.

Pretti rises to a kneeling position, defenseless and presenting no threat.

An agent yells "he's got another gun". Pretti is shot multiple times, falls to the ground, and is shot several more times.
