Details

The whistleblower complaint was made by the chief data officer at the Social Security Administration. DOGE had inappropriate access, violated a temporary restraining order, and uploaded data to a server without adequate security controls. This jeopardizes the Social Security Numbers of every American.

The government admitted to mismanagement months later, but little else has been made public about any investigation.
