Trump issued an executive order against Jenner & Block that sought to eliminate contracts and security clearance for the law firm and bar employees from federal buildings and jobs.

The executive order cites Jenner & Block's employment of Andrew Weissman, who was part of the Special Counsel investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, as well as their work on transgender rights, immigration, and DEI.

Rating justification

A similar executive order against Perkins Coie was found to be unconstitutional for violation of the First, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment.
