The Supreme Court unanimously determined that the government must "facilitate the return" of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Officials made no serious effort to do so, instead arguing that Garcia is a member of MS-13, that they could not compel El Salvador to return the man, and that the ruling said facilitate and not effectuate.

An ABC News interviewer challenged Trump, saying "You could get him back." Trump replied, "I could."
