- Sept 2024: "You could not pay me to marry outside of my ethnicity"

- Dec 2024: "I just want a eugenic immigration policy, is that too much to ask."

JD Vance called for his reinstatement, and Trump wouuld later state, "I'm with the vice president."

Elez never apologized for his statements.
