Walczak failed to pay $10 million in employment taxes, Social Security, and Medicare for the doctors and nurses at his company. He instead used company funds to purchase a yacht and other personal expenses.

Walczak did not receive a pardon until three weeks after his mother attended a $1 million-per-plate dinner at Mar-a-Lago.

The pardon means Walczak will not need to pay $4.4 million in restitution and avoids an 18-month prison sentence.
