Details

The government deported 7-12 men with only 12 hours notice. The government was under court order to not deport men to "third-party" countries without due process, with the Supreme Court also ruling that 24 hours notice was insufficient.

The government refused to provide details on the flight to the courts. The men were allegedly told they were going to South Sudan, even though a majority of the men appear to be from Southeast Asia.
